I am highly experienced in helping clients who need to implement systems and structures from 0 or to improve and manage those already pre-existent.

Most of my clients have been small businesses or entrepreneurs who are on the brink of growth and need to create or improve their workflows, processes, and teams - and, of course, manage them.

I have offered full solutions (implementing systems from 0 and building a team from scratch) but I also have experience offering help with specific issues (For ex. Organizing events, launching and maintaining a podcast and its social media, etc).

Initial Consultation: I usually start with a comprehensive discussion to understand your business needs, current systems, team, goals, pain points, etc. In 45 minutes we go through all the points that worry you. Sometimes (not often) we need two initial consultations.

Assessment: I do an audit of existing systems, workflows, and processes to pinpoint inefficiencies and areas for improvement. If there's a team (and/or contractors) I conduct interview to learn more about your business' general operations and roles.

Proposal Presentation: Based on the assessments findings, I present a detailed proposal (or draft) outlining recommended changes, new system implementations, observations + suggestions about the team/contractors and projected outcomes.

Implementation and Management: Once the proposal is approved, we get to work! Whether it's setting up Airtable or utilizing other suitable software, I tailor solutions to fit your business requirements seamlessly. I personally prefer Airtable for its flexibility but we can even use Google Spreadsheets. I provide hands-on training to ensure everyone is equipped to effectively utilize the new systems and workflows

Training and Support: I organize weekly syncs with you and the team so we can catch up, see what's working, what isn't, and rethink strategies if necessary. Ongoing support is available for any questions or adjustments needed.
