A developer partner brought me on to design Tem’s, a logistics app built for two users: individuals or businesses sending packages, and riders delivering them. The goal? A mobile experience that makes sending and receiving goods as effortless as ordering a ride.
Create a clear, dual-flow experience for Senders and Riders
Design a system simple enough for first-time users but scalable for power-users
Deliver a dev-ready UI kit with zero guesswork

Scope & Deliverables
User Side:
Send Goods flow (pickup → payment → confirmation)
In-app wallet to fund deliveries with Paystack
Real-time delivery tracking & order history
Rider Side:
Delivery requests & earnings overview
Profile and availability management
Dark UI variant for outdoor readability
Extras:
Brand identity refinement
26+ high-fidelity mobile screens
Component library + handoff-ready Figma file
Process Highlights
User flow clarity: Started by mapping both user journeys—Senders and Riders—side-by-side to spot overlaps and edge cases.
Brand cleanup: Took the logo from pixelated JPEG to vector and defined a calm, confident color scheme (dark sky blue + white) with accessible typography.
Design-first development: Delivered structured screen groups and components early, so devs could build in parallel while I finalized flows.

Outcome
MVP screens approved and delivered within 5 weeks
Devs built off the Figma file without back-and-forth

Takeaway
Designing logistics isn't just about maps and tracking; it's about trust. Clean flows, clear status, and reliable payment methods made Tem’s feel usable from day one.
