Nouveau Bloom is a concept for an e-commerce made-to-order fashion brand. The goal of this project was to create a brand voice and customer persona and use those elements to create copy that adapted across different marketing materials.

First, a simple customer persona was created by researching and brainstorming concepts from various made-to-order and sustainably focused brands on the market. Because this brand is conceptual, I made a customer persona using the demographics I found in my research—some elements, such as name, location, age, and personality were created using AI tools, but all other elements were written based on the research.
