Direct responsibility for 120 prospective managers in the Bundeswehr.
Supporting the recruited soldiers in successfully completing their studies. Evaluation
of performance, identification of potential for improvement.
Responsible for all HR processes. E.g. transfers, promotions, appraisals. Including data
maintenance and processing in an ERP system (SAP).
As a temporary representative, responsible for up to 1,100 officers and officer
candidates.
Close cooperation with responsible courts and public prosecutors on legal matters.
Conducting interviews (witnesses and defendants) within investigations.
Project manager for major cross-unit projects including corresponding budget
responsibility.
Liaison officer for exchange and cooperation with the US Army.
Mentor for the military training group of the battalion.
