Overview
The Real Estate Platform is a full design aimed at simplifying the way users discover properties, explore listings, and interact with agents. The goal was to create a clean, modern, editorial-style experience that builds trust while removing friction from search, filtering, and booking flows.
The design language focuses on premium typography, neutral color palettes, structured grids, and modular components. This project also explores how MagicPathAI prompts can accelerate early UI exploration and help align multiple layout directions into one unified, polished system

Responsibilities
Researched user behavior around property search, map interactions, listing exploration, and agent communication.
Identified UX gaps in existing real estate platforms and created an improved end-to-end user journey.
Defined core flows:
Landing & property discovery
Search + advanced filters
Listing details
Generated early sketches and structural system maps using MagicPathAI prompts.
Designed modular wireframes for every key module including Listings page, Listing Details.
Created a unified design system with typography hierarchy, spacing scale, brand colors, grid rules, and reusable component tokens.
Built high-fidelity layouts including hero sections, bento feature grids, property cards, and full dashboard views.
Leveraged MagicPathAI to iterate rapidly and consolidate multiple directions into one consistent visual language.
Delivered responsive screens and a refined case study suitable for portfolio and Contra.
