Life Sciences R&D Leadership Workshop | Empathy Walk Experience

I designed a facilitated workshop system for a global Life Sciences R&D leadership team that transformed abstract organizational challenges into visual experiences. Through emotional imagery, discussion posters, and guided participant materials, the workshop encouraged leaders to reflect, discuss, align, and commit to new ways of working together.

Organizations often struggle to discuss issues like unclear ownership, communication breakdowns, siloed teams, and cultural friction because they're difficult to visualize. The workshop needed to make these invisible organizational challenges tangible so leadership teams could openly discuss them and prioritize change.

Instead of illustrating business processes, I translated each workshop topic into an emotional visual metaphor participants could immediately connect with.

The final workshop system gave facilitators a cohesive set of visual tools that encouraged honest discussion around organizational challenges. Rather than presenting information, the materials were designed to invite participation, reflection, and collaborative decision-making throughout the leadership experience.
