The client is an organizer for a Legal Philosophy conference organized by the Knowledge in Crisis Project, an FWF Cluster of Excellence in partnership with the University of Vienna.
Objective:
The goal was to promote the event, inform the details (date, place, schedule, speakers, etc.), and provide a way for participants to register.
Deliverables:
The project’s key deliverables included: (1) a visually engaging poster designed to promote the event, (2) a user-friendly website showcasing the conference details, schedule, and confirmation page, and (3) end-to-end management of the event registration process to ensure a seamless attendee experience.

Design Process:
Research & Inspiration: Created and refined a mood board based on client feedback to establish a direction.
Concept Development: Focused on typography for the poster, choosing a serif font for a balance of formality and visual interest.
Website Design: The website was designed in Figma and later published on Framer for fast, free website hosting. Participants registered for the conference using Tally.
Feedback Loop: Guided the client through different examples and discussions to refine the vision. There was also consistent communication with the client to ensure everything ran smoothly.
Moodboards and examples help clients articulate their vision when they don't know how to put their vision into words. This guarantees a design that exceeds their expectations.
