Project Overview

Automated data extraction and CRM system built with n8n that transforms how real estate agencies identify and engage with potential property sellers by monitoring Zillow listings in real-time.

The Challenge

Real estate agencies need to identify motivated sellers and reach out at the optimal time. Manually tracking properties on Zillow, monitoring how long they've been listed, and organizing contact information is time-consuming and inefficient. Agents miss opportunities because they can't track market movement at scale.

The Solution

Built a comprehensive n8n workflow automation that:
Scrapes Zillow listings automatically on a scheduled basis (daily/weekly)
Extracts key property data including:
Property address and details
Listing price and price history
Days on market (DOM)
Property owner information
Contact details when available
Listing status and updates
Property features and descriptions
Listing agent information
Builds a centralized database that tracks:
When properties first appeared on Zillow
How long they've been listed
Price changes over time
Properties that have been relisted
Enables targeted outreach by:
Flagging properties that have been on market for 30, 60, or 90+ days
Identifying price reductions (potential motivated sellers)
Organizing contact information for easy follow-up
Creating automated alerts for high-priority leads
