Cybersecurity Platform Revamp

Project Summary

I was brought on as the Lead Product Designer to elevate the user experience of an enterprise cybersecurity CAASM (Cyber Asset Attack Surface Management) platform. I led a comprehensive competitive analysis to benchmark industry standards and define strategic design goals aligned with business and user needs.

I spearheaded a full redesign of the platform’s visual language to ensure clarity, usability, and consistency across complex workflows. This included building and maintaining a scalable, component-based design system that streamlined collaboration between design and engineering, significantly improving design velocity and quality.

I reimagined key dashboards and data visualizations to better surface critical security insights, enabling faster, more confident decision-making for technical users. Additionally, I redesigned core UI components and optimized cross-interface functionality. By simplifying complex workflows and reducing friction, I improved user productivity and engagement across the platform.
