Developed for a US‑based company with a wide industry network, the platform enables users to manage equipment, streamline maintenance workflows, coordinate supply deliveries, and track business performance — all in one place.

Key Features

Multi‑Role Access System: Supports five interconnected roles — Restaurant, Manufacturer, Supplier, Vendor, and Platform Admin — each with distinct subroles and permissions.
Equipment & Asset Tracking: Allows restaurants to register assets, monitor their condition, and log maintenance tickets in real time.
Vendor & Supplier Coordination: Automates requests for equipment repairs, spare parts, and food supply procurement.
Data Management Tools: Enables manufacturers to manage product models, conditional builds, and service information.
Centralized Reporting: Custom reports for monitoring operations, service history, and supply performance.
Scalable Architecture: Designed for easy onboarding of new users, organizations, and service partners.
