Traditional property inspection and unit turnover workflows rely on fragmented clipboards, messy photo rolls, and manual administrative transcription. Property managers lose hours consolidating notes into clean reports and formatting repair lists for maintenance crews. Walkthru is a production-ready, mobile-first Progressive Web App designed to streamline unit turn-overs, condition reporting, and maintenance work orders into a single, frictionless digital flow.

4. Automated Work Orders & Executive Reporting
Maintenance Work Order Summary: Automatically aggregates all flagged items rated Poor or Needs Repair into a dedicated maintenance breakdown with a one-click copy feature for immediate contractor dispatch [walkthru.jpg].
AI-Assisted Executive Summaries: Automatically generates professional property overview assessments that remain fully editable by the inspector [walkthru.jpg].
