Project Title: Kickoff Express: Game-Day QR Ordering & VIP Table Monetization PWA

Overview: Kickoff Express is a white-label Progressive Web App (PWA) engineered for high-volume sports bars and entertainment venues to eliminate floor bottlenecks, boost table turnover, and capture patron leads during high-traffic game days. Built with a mobile-first architecture, the platform enables seated guests to place direct-to-kitchen drink and food orders, reserve prime viewing tables with minimum spend commitments, and participate in halftime fan contests—all without downloading an app or waiting for a server.

The Operational Challenge: Independent sports venues experience severe revenue drops during peak game-day rushes (kickoffs, halftimes, big plays). Floor staff face physical bottlenecks taking manual orders across packed tables, leading to delayed drinks, lost sales opportunities, and zero guest data collection after patrons leave.

The Solution & Core Features: • Kickoff Express QR Ordering: Table-specific QR scanning (e.g., Table 14 - High Top Bar Area) grants instant access to high-margin drink specials, pitchers, and food packages with sub-15-second Apple Pay checkout directly to kitchen fulfillment windows. • VIP Table & Booth Monetization: Integrated reservation workflows allow venues to pre-sell prime seating areas ahead of kickoff, backed by required deposits and minimum spend commitments. • Halftime Lead Capture Engine: Interactive prediction contests collect local patron phone numbers and emails during game pauses, building an automated SMS marketing list for future away games and weekly events. • Venue Hub Integration: Dynamic game countdowns, real-time TV channel guides, and weekly event promotion schedules (Trivia, Karaoke, Industry Nights).
