Performing legal duties for UCLA Veterans Legal Aid Clinic by Compiling C-Files, intaking clients, submitting correspondence to the Veterans Association (VA) and courts, managing client cases independently, document review, handling civil and criminal law cases, child custody, disability claims, fraud, employment & labor law, restraining orders, assault and theft. Using critical thinking, problem solving, verbal and written communication skills.
