I began by defining key milestones in the user journey and establishing baseline metrics with data from the database. I then identified potential roadblocks from both user interviews and dogfooding the product to prioritize experiments to verify a few hypotheses. We then implemented feature improvements based on the findings.
The conversion rate was up by 60% and the monthly revenue was doubled.
