Prioritization framework for a design project managementool

First we went through the product overview together. After learning about the product's long-term and short-term goal, I shared my thoughts how I envisioned the product could grow and get alignment with the founder.

Once we agree upon the direction, we then moved on to a workshop of a deep dive on the current outstanding feature requests and work out a prioritizing framework together while actually prioritizing some of the requests.

By the end of the project, the founder has a pretty good sense of what needs to happen for the company to reach where they want to go, but also the flexibility to move things around should things change.
