A hotel with its own kitchen, ready to open. Rooms, a seasonal menu with the 14 allergens, offers, the area around the house, events and a journal. Booking goes to the hotel's own engine and the Spanish version is done. Built for the places where people come to stay and stay for dinner.
What you get
18 pages: Home, Rooms and room page, Restaurant, Menu, Offers, Around here and experience page, Our story, Celebrate, Contact, Journal and note, three legal pages, 404 and a Style guide.
5 CMS collections (Rooms, Menu, Experiences, Journal, Downloads) wired to lists, filters and detail pages.
A complete Spanish version: pages, CMS, SEO titles and descriptions, alt text and the URLs of rooms, experiences and notes.
A design system as Framer styles: 13 colour styles named by role, 14 text styles and three palettes, Encina, Teja and Mar.
Four breakpoints: Large (1600+), Desktop, Tablet and Phone. Cookie banner ready for Google Analytics, contact and quote forms, PDF downloads, Google Maps without an API key and documentation on the canvas.
Four decisions that shaped it
Booking goes to the hotel's own engine. Hotels don't take bookings on their website; their booking engine does. Lumbre has a booking bar on the home page and a modal that opens from any Book button. Dates, guests and promo code travel as URL parameters, so it works with most engines and stores nothing.
A real menu, with the 14 allergens. In Spain and the rest of the EU a restaurant has to show the 14 allergens. Every dish carries them as line icons drawn for Lumbre, which take the text colour on any palette. The menu lives in the CMS, so the kitchen changes it without touching the layout.
Two languages, both finished. The Spanish version is not a quick pass over the home page. Every page, CMS item, SEO title, alt text and room URL is translated. Publish in one language at no extra cost, or in both with Framer Localization.
Three palettes, one set of styles. Encina, Teja and Mar share thirteen colour styles named by role: Background, Ink, Accent, Line and the rest. Change the palette and the whole house follows, from the header to the allergen icons. The demo has a switcher, so a hotel can try all three before buying.
What's inside
Rooms, offers, the kitchen, the people, the area around the house and the phone breakpoint.
Good for
Rural hotels, guesthouses, boutique hotels, country inns, agriturismi and restaurants with rooms. Places that sell a room, a table and the area around the house.
Limitations, so you know before you buy. Light theme only. Booking goes to the hotel's own engine: Lumbre does not take payments. Five CMS collections, so publishing needs Framer Pro, and publishing both languages needs Framer's Localization add-on. Everything is demo content: photos from Unsplash and legal texts with an invented company.
