There are so many new cannabis brands and products that are being published in the Leaflink.com platform every day. Leaflink Retailer Customers were now finding themselves constantly on a wild goose chase to now find new products every day. They needed a massive change in the Wholesaler partners’ marketplace browsing experience to help bring more efficiency to the product discovery and evaluation process.
My role as a hired design consultant was to perform a user-experience audit, synthesize patterns, and define recommendations for a brand new Wholesaler browsing experience. I worked on some key features and built a basic prototype that Leaflink could put back into the hands of their customers to simulate the test experience, and measure with qualitative feedback.
I spent five days working on research, the design audit, and designing and delivering a prototype solution for their product team could test on ten existing customers.
