Was helping with team hiring process, work process establishing, automation of the established processes, and meeting the expected deadlines for the product delivery. The team successfully created and delivered in the short time the working version of the solution to be integrated directly into the businesses flow of the Maxsip Telecom company.

Creation of the automated telecom solution for Maxsip Telecom to streamline their operations, automate routine processes, enable business flexibility.

I was contacted by Oded Kadshai, CEO of the Antilooper software development company, to be on-boarded as CTO to work on the crucial project for Maxsip Telecom company - development of their own in-house automated system to streamline their business operations, reduce software licensing costs, store private clients information in more secure way.

Initially the solution was planned based on C++ technology stack, but after we have gathered the requirements to be able to support millions of clients devices around United States, be scalable and provide the highest standards in the security, the decision was made to switch to Microsoft technologies stack, especially that the company already was using Azure cloud services from Microsoft.

As CTO and second person on the team, I have participated in all stages from technical requirements discussion and creation, to technical architecture design and code reviews of the implementation. Also was helping with team hiring process, work process establishing, automation of the established processes, and meeting the expected deadlines for the product delivery.

In the short terms the hired team of up to 10 developers, have created the Alpha version of the solution, which was approved by Maxsip Telecom stakeholders and proven to simplify and automate much of manual labor. Beside the work on the main project, the team also solved and automated others business processes of the company bringing their operational capabilities to the next level of service in terms of speed and amounts of processed data.

The developed solution was successfully used for further changes and improvements in the company operational evolving.
