Explain how this project came to fruition, and why the client selected the independent. What were some of the client’s goals and needs?

At first, they required a social media manager that cared a lot for the community and had the tools to make it grow. Also, they had a huge reputational issue, which with help of the right strategy it has improved to a 67%. After a couple of months of working, the role expanded to a marketing manager capacity. The required goals were:

Create content strategy

Do SEO research

Create blog content ready for the community

Improve the social media strategy

Maximize the results per social media post

Manage 5 social media accounts

Manage the marketing team: Content writer, graphic designer, community managers, content creation

WordPress management.

I successfully drove the team to achieve the goals to establish a brand personality, in voice and in graphics, posting 3 blogs per week, improving brand reputation and more!
