In-depth Target Audience Profiling For Career Coach Service

This was a research-based project to fully map out my client's dream target audience.
We started by covering demographics and moved on to Empathy and Needs mapping based on the Osterwalder method, to create a comprehensive profile of their ideal client.
This allowed them to curate their content and marketing strategy for this client, seeing a 13% rise in engagement within a month and a 7% increase in discovery calls being booked.
