With a small business dedicated to making sustainable earrings and necklaces, I reviewed their existing business goals, brand story, and target audience. Then, I completed an audit of their marketing strategy and online presence. From this, I created a Gap Analysis to illuminate areas of their strategy and content that could be improved.
This work aims to better align the brand presence with those original goals, brand voice and brand values, whilst making sure that everything is set up to speak to their target audience.
