PROJECT DESCRIPTION:
I led the complete year-long marketing strategy for L'ATTITUDE, a prominent business event focusing on the economic contributions of U.S. Latinos. The project included developing engaging content for emails and social media, managing relationships with Fortune 500 sponsors like Wells Fargo, Nike, Target, Disney, American Express, Bank of America, JPMorganChase, and Comcast; and coordinating across multiple teams for digital production, design, website, mobile app, and event operations.
Through targeted strategies, I increased LinkedIn's followers by over 55%, and my e-newsletter campaign grew digital engagements by 22.7%.
KEY DELIVERABLES:
Client Relationship Management
Liaised with high-profile Fortune 500 sponsors, including Wells Fargo, American Express, Nike, Disney, Diageo, Accenture, Bank of America, Morgan Stanley, JPMorgan Chase, and Target, ensuring their objectives were met through customized campaigns and strategic partnerships.
Acted as the main point of contact, handling client needs with professionalism and providing timely updates.
Pre- and Post-Event Decks
Created tailored decks prior to the event to effectively pitch to potential sponsors, highlighting the event’s value proposition and alignment with sponsor objectives.
Developed comprehensive post-event decks recapping sponsor participation, benefits, deliverables, and key performance indicators (KPIs) to showcase the impact of their involvement.
Content Creation & Strategy
Developed comprehensive, strategic content for email marketing, social media, website, and mobile app platforms, ensuring alignment with the event’s mission and sponsor objectives.
Produced year-round content beyond the event, focusing on current events and industry stories across sectors such as politics, fashion, sports, entertainment, music, real estate, healthcare, marketing, and beauty, emphasizing the economic contributions of U.S. Latinos.
Collaborated with Fortune 500 sponsors to highlight their participation, initiatives, and brand visibility, producing engaging newsletters, social media posts, website content, and mobile app updates with clear calls to action that promoted sponsor initiatives, speaker features, and event updates.
Social Media Management:
Developed and executed a targeted LinkedIn growth strategy, which grew followers from 7,300 to 11,300 in one year.
Launched a new LinkedIn newsletter that amassed 4,500 subscribers in its first year, generating engagement and thought leadership for the event.
Email Campaign Management:
Crafted and managed a year-long email campaign, overseeing content creation, scheduling, and analytics.
Worked closely with designers and coding specialists to deliver visually appealing, effective newsletters that resulted in a 22.7% increase in direct digital engagement.
Cross-Team Collaboration & Project Management:
Coordinated efforts across teams project managing for web design, UI/UX, email coding, and mobile app.
