Most businesses don’t have a workflow problem. They have a “someone has to do this manually every day” problem.
I’ve built automations for clients across e-commerce, services, and lead generation. The pattern is always the same: a task that takes 2-3 hours daily gets reduced to zero. Not faster — gone.
What that actually looks like in practice:
A new lead comes in → gets scored by AI → personalized email goes out → CRM updates → owner sees it in a dashboard. No one touched it.
A customer fills out a form → invoice is generated → payment link sent → project kicks off in the system. Automatically.
