Flowlino needed to make a technically complex service feel simple and trustworthy. The audience was not looking for “AI transformation.” They wanted fewer repetitive tasks, clearer ownership and reliable follow-up.
I built the positioning around one plain-language promise: business workflows that handle repetitive work. The site explains the service through a three-step mental model — Capture, Understand, Move — before introducing specific automation offers.
My role covered positioning, information architecture, UX writing, visual direction, responsive development and multilingual implementation in English, Russian and Hebrew.
The final system includes dedicated pages for email-to-CRM automation, document workflows and recruitment operations. Each page defines the process, exceptions and human-review points instead of presenting automation as a black box.
The result is a calm, reusable sales platform for real automation work: clear enough for a business owner, specific enough for a technical buyer and structured for future service expansion.
