I supported the implementation of NetSuite as the company transitioned from disconnected, manual processes into a more centralized ERP environment. My role focused on translating day-to-day operational needs into practical system requirements, including workflows, custom forms and fields, saved searches, inventory and manufacturing processes, and user access. I worked across departments to identify gaps, improve how information moved through the business, test processes, and help teams adopt NetSuite in their daily work. The goal was to build a system that supported the actual operation while improving visibility, consistency, and accountability as the company continued to grow.

I helped build and improve the operational systems that supported day-to-day work across multiple departments. My work included mapping workflows, creating SOPs and documentation, developing trackers and processes, improving cross-functional communication, and establishing clearer ownership and accountability. As the company grew, I worked across operations, production, QC, warehouse, customer service, HR, and management to identify gaps and turn manual or inconsistent processes into more organized, repeatable systems. I also supported team training and implementation to make sure new processes were practical and actually used.

I designed and built a custom NetSuite label automation system to replace manual label creation and support day-to-day manufacturing and warehouse operations. The solution generated chemical, inventory, Private Label, FNSKU, case, pallet, and Assembly Build labels, with logic tied to NetSuite transactions and item data. I also incorporated hazard mapping and remote PDF printing to create a more standardized, efficient, and reliable labeling process across operations.

I took ownership of a growing Private Label program that lacked a defined operational process and built the structure needed to scale it. I developed the order verification and production workflow, coordinated planning, materials, QC, manufacturing, customer communication, and shipping, and personally built digital QC forms and workflows in NetSuite. Over time, the operation evolved from a highly manual, person-dependent process into a cross-functional department supporting seven dedicated Private Label production lines.
