Meet Marilit
Founders: busy team, work still stalls, decisions bounce back to you.
I diagnose execution blockers, then build only the structure so work moves without you as the router: owners, rhythms, ClickUp/CRM/PMO when earned.
EOS-style clarity (not Certified Implementer). US·EU·AU·NZ.
Diagnostic $750–$1,500 · bounded build · execution partner.
