I shaped a workflow that takes public-source research through candidate tracking, keep/reject/duplicate decisions, evidence collection, OCR-assisted field entry, preview and controlled export. Review decisions persist so rejected sources do not keep returning.
My role: product ownership, workflow design, AI-assisted implementation and acceptance checks. Originally built for a product-comparison catalogue; the approach also supports supplier directories and structured market research.

Quoting and CRM workflows for an industrial supplier — anonymised professional work.
I contributed to a quotation workbook linking product descriptions, quantities and weights with supplier comparisons, delivery terms, logistics scenarios and commercial-offer outputs. I also led internal communication and staff adoption for a Bitrix24 rollout, connecting shared task visibility, email-to-task handling, trials and training.
Deliverables: a linked quotation model, role maps and concrete workflow requirements grounded in the actual order process.

Industrial RFQ review — anonymised professional work.
I reviewed incoming piping enquiries for dimensional conflicts, missing material requirements and undefined delivery inputs. I translated ambiguous line descriptions into focused clarification requests and connected technical questions to pricing and delivery.
Deliverables: clarification log, structured quotation inputs and recorded technical-commercial deviations. The illustration reconstructs the workflow; customer documents remain confidential.
