Customer SMS: Triggers an instant text confirmation with order details and estimated delivery time.

Automated Reporting & Analytics: Integrated with n8n for real-time data logging and analytics. The system generates post-call reports containing customer information, order breakdown, total value, upsell success status, and call duration.
