I developed a comprehensive Restaurant Outreach Automation System in GoHighLevel that uses smart tagging, language detection, and review-based logic to trigger personalized outreach and automated email sequences.
The first workflow manages the initial email + segmentation stage. When a contact has an email, the system identifies their language (English or Dutch—French excluded per client). English leads are then divided into categories using Google rating and review volume:
Crisis Recovery: Rating below 3.5 & fewer than 50 reviews → send recovery email + crisis tag
Turnaround: Rating below 3.5 & 50–2199 reviews → send turnaround email + tag
Additional segments (Reputation Rescue, Road Breakthrough, etc.) follow the same review-based conditions. Dutch leads follow the same segmentation logic but in their language.

For this project, I was hired to fix a critical Telnyx - Vapi voice recording issue where the bot sounded perfectly clear on live calls, but the Vapi call recordings were distorted due to an improper VOIP setup. I diagnosed the problem, rebuilt the entire voice routing, and implemented a clean, stable SIP trunking connection between Telnyx and Vapi.
I configured a new Telnyx SIP connection, re-authenticated the trunk, ensured proper codec handling, and seamlessly reconnected the client’s phone number inside Vapi. Once the integration was rebuilt, both the live bot audio and recorded call quality became crystal clear with zero distortion.
As a bonus, I also screen-recorded the full setup and troubleshooting process so the client can reuse it for future VOIP or SIP-related issues.
