Most people look at a problem and see what's in front of them. I've spent my life learning to see what isn't.

I'm legally blind, and that's shaped everything about how I work. I don't skim surfaces. I listen for what's underneath: the assumption no one's questioning, the story no one's telling, the shift that changes everything once someone finally names it.

For 30+ years in hospitality and consulting, I've helped leaders stop circling their ideas and start landing them. I identify the mindset holding a team or brand back, then I build the language, the story, or the video that moves people past it.
