Projects using CircleProjects using CircleAn executive with 20 years in the junk removal industry reached out to me with a vision for something his sector had never had before.
Robert G. Allen, MBA (https://www.linkedin.com/in/robertgallen/) had started with one truck in Phoenix. Two decades later, he could see a gap: independent junk removal operators had no dedicated professional community. No shared body of knowledge. No structured path toward higher standards. The industry had plenty of individual talent, but no central place where that talent could connect, learn from each other, and raise the bar together.
Robert had a strong vision what this place should be. A professional alliance where operators could share best practices via live events and replays, access structured resources, and work toward excellence as a community.
He had the vision and the domain knowledge. What Robert needed was a reliable designer proficient in Kajabi (https://kajabi.com/), delivering coaching platforms and integration solutions that work at scale.
That is how the AIJRP project started. https://www.aijrp.com/ Over the next few posts, I will walk through how we built it: from the first call, through brand identity, a major community pivot, custom directory development, and a live launch with founding members.
If you have ever wondered what it looks like working with a digital product practitioner on a project of this scope, this series is for you. Jason Marc Campbell | Website Rebranding & Design
From building funnels to rebranding an entire online presence.
I started working with Jason in October 2022, initially creating funnels for his lead magnets, webinars, and online challenges. As our partnership grew, I was entrusted with redesigning his website to better reflect his expertise and personality as a coach and sales expert.
The focus was to create a professional, cohesive website that makes his free content, paid offers, books, podcast, and membership easy to explore.
Working closely with Jason, I focused on clear content structure, easy navigation, consistent branding, and a responsive design that works across devices.
A website should do more than look good. It should communicate your value clearly and make it easier for the right people to find what they need. I am an experienced Circle community manager and trainer with a strong focus on building engaged communities around clear goals and strategic outcomes. I specialize in developing community strategies that drive participation, encourage meaningful conversations, and create a positive member experience aligned with community objectives.
My experience includes publishing courses and educational resources, facilitating member engagement, nurturing peer-to-peer discussions, moderating conversations, and ensuring members receive timely support and expert guidance when needed. I have also set up and managed Q&A sections to improve knowledge sharing and community participation.
In addition, I have managed a Facebook beauty community focused on delivering educational content, encouraging meaningful discussions, and creating opportunities for members to network, connect, and share their passions. My approach to community management combines strategy, engagement, and relationship-building to foster thriving and active communities. Developed a community management case study for Author Ever After, an online community for aspiring and published authors. The project showcases community setup and branding, content organization, event promotion, member engagement, and support through a welcoming desktop and mobile interface. It highlights key community features, including discussion feeds, book clubs, writing resources, upcoming events, and member support, demonstrating how a well-organized online community can encourage participation, strengthen connections, and create a supportive environment for writers.
