Cover image for Not all donuts come out
Not all donuts come out with a hole 🍩 It's an Italian saying: "Non tutte le ciambelle escono con il buco." It means not everything turns out as planned. And sometimes that's exactly what needs to happen. I presented this new identity. Every detail intentional. I so was proud. Then silence. "We love it. BUT..." That BUT was the turning point. They realized something I hadn't seen. It looked polished. It felt modern. But it didn't feel like them. And, they were right. I had given them what they asked for, not what they needed. So we restarted. Still, I loved this brand identity so much that it felt wrong not to share it. Key lesson: great branding is being willing to let go of what you like and finding what actually works.

Spent extra time polishing every detail on this homepage. I focused on strategy and clear, simple content. And on design that feels clean but engaging. No flashy animations. No effects that distract or slow the page. Just subtle motion to keep visitors interested. Everything supports one goal: help people understand, and then act. Here’s what happened: - People spend 2x more time on the page - 10% of visitors take real action - 4+ qualified leads come in every day Full walkthrough in the video. What do you think? Drop your thoughts 👇 P.S. If you need a website that performs and still looks premium, DM me. Open for Feb–Mar projects.

Not every project needs a full brand identity. Sometimes founders just need something simple to get started. This is Drommer, a business lab where founders test and build sustainable ideas together. They are still in the early stages. But now they can talk to customers and investors with confidence. A clear and professional identity does that. I personally love how it turned out. What do you think?

Cover image for A self-initiated concept build for a British sleepwear label...
A self-initiated concept build for a British sleepwear label. I created the identity from scratch - name, palette, typography and voice - then designed and built the storefront. The layout runs on a fixed "night rail": each section is anchored to an hour from 21.40 to 10.40, so the page reads as the arc of one night. Ships as a single self-contained HTML file with no external image requests (0.85 MB). Responsive from 375px, keyboard accessible, respects reduced-motion. All photography original and art-directed for the project.

Cover image for A hand-built studio site in
A hand-built studio site in a Swiss "lacquer & stone" style: warm stone paper, lacquer-red accents, thin uppercase type and fine film grain. Every section reacts as you scroll: Halftone portrait that reveals under your cursor Signature that draws itself, and a manifesto that lights up word by word The boutique: five project videos with a working till. Reach the end and the receipt prints PAID 3D paper crumple: the receipt folds into a real 3D ball and drops into the page with physics "A Day in Code": an original stick-figure film drawn in code. The ball lands inside it and gets a bicycle kick Generative synth music and cartoon sound effects, all made live in the browser AI-style assistant in a glowing WebGL orb, available in six languages Built with: Vanilla JavaScript · Vite · GSAP + ScrollTrigger · Lenis smooth scroll · Three.js (3D crumple and cart) · Matter.js (physics) · WebGL shaders · Web Audio API · Web Workers · Vercel The 3D crumple runs in a Web Worker and only the video on screen plays, so it stays smooth at 60fps. 🔗 saif-developments.vercel.app (http://saif-developments.vercel.app)

Cover image for Designed a clean, premium website
Designed a clean, premium website concept for Arave — a modern digital watch brand. Focused on strong visuals, product storytelling, and a minimal, technical feel. Would love to hear your thoughts — what do you think I could improve in this project?

Same product. Two completely different sites. Kuro, a concept site for a smart pet feeder. One dark and cinematic, one bright and natural. Dark or light? I genuinely cannot decide. 👇
