UGC-style video editing project developed for Nordweg, a premium leather goods brand known for combining craftsmanship, functionality and timeless design. I was responsible for editing and structuring the content to create a clean, modern and engaging visual narrative aligned with the brand's premium positioning. The project focused on transforming raw footage into platform-native content optimized for social media, balancing storytelling, product presentation and audience engagement while maintaining Nordweg's sophisticated visual identity.

Free Fall is an AI-assisted motion design project created for Fiber, a brand with which I have collaborated on multiple content and UGC productions. For this project, I was responsible for the video editing, motion design direction and integration of AI-generated visuals into a cohesive branded narrative. The objective was to create a visually striking piece that combined cinematic movement, modern aesthetics and product storytelling while maintaining consistency with the brand's identity and communication style. The final result blended AI-generated assets with professional editing techniques to create a unique and engaging visual experience.

This was one of the most fun AI projects I’ve worked on lately. For Tecnofas, we created a full clay-style animation, literally building the visual language around that handcrafted, stop-motion look, but produced with AI. The video above is a compilation of some of the scenes we developed for the project. The creative challenge was to explain a very technical difference in a way that felt simple and visual: comparing a traditional retrofit construction process with a ventilated façade system, which can reduce the number of workers needed on site by up to 60%. Tecnofas is the kind of client that really enjoys experimenting with new visual languages, so we had a lot of freedom to explore the concept, test ideas and push the AI workflow beyond a standard corporate animation. That freedom made the process especially enjoyable. Instead of using AI only to make production faster, we used it to create a visual style that would probably never have been the obvious choice for this kind of industrial communication.

For Junoo, we had already received real product samples for a separate UGC production. The AI piece came in as an additional creative route: a way to explore how much further we could take the campaign without depending on another traditional shoot. Using real product photography as our reference, we created a fully AI-generated UGC concept from scratch, including the creator, environment, styling and overall visual direction. The content was developed around the aesthetic the client wanted and adapted to feel relevant to the audience in the target city, while keeping the real product at the center of the piece. What I like about this kind of workflow is the flexibility it creates. Once the product is in hand and properly referenced, we’re no longer limited to a single casting, location or production setup. AI becomes a way to expand the creative territory of a campaign and produce additional content directions that would otherwise require a completely new shoot.

Brazil lost to Norway today. On my field, I decide the score. This video has no set. No camera. No cast. It only exists because I built it. The edge was never having the tool. It's knowing how to operate it. Want a video like this for your brand? Hit me up.

A cinematic reel produced entirely with AI — no crew, no location scouts, no production budget. The project combines aerial landscape footage, a curated content gallery sequence, golden-hour lifestyle shots, and a direct-to-camera close-up into one cohesive visual story. Built to stop the scroll and make the brand feel like a film.

Everyone has access to the same ingredients. The camera, the AI models, the platforms. All of it is available to anyone right now. You download it, you access it, you test it. But the dish that comes out — that was chosen by the cook. The composition. The timing. The decision of when to stop adding and just serve. Nobody teaches you that in a tutorial tab. You learn it by cooking, by failing, and by understanding what actually made sense on the plate. Making AI video is exactly that. The advantage isn't having access to the tool. It's knowing how to operate it.

You're looking at my face right now. I didn't record any of this. No camera. No studio. No crew. Just AI, and knowing how to operate it. This is what I do for clients in the real estate market: cinematic video production powered by generative AI. Full creative direction, prompt engineering, and post-production. The advantage isn't having access to the tools. It's knowing how to use them. my portfolio: https://soubarbarotti.com.br/
