Strategy is about people.
Apolônio Alencar is a Brazilian brand strategist, whose work focus is to transform true connections into opportunities. With sensitivity and observation, Apolônio shows that strategy is something that comes from within, it just needs to be observed and played a leading role. That's why this concept guides the entire brand: the pillars of the strategy come from people, and the pillars of the brand's symbol arise from within its name.
The visual identity of Apolônio Alencar is built on balance, structure and meaning. The symbol emerges directly from the grid that forms the logotype, reflecting a method where nothing is random. Everything is intentional and functional. The typography is bold and confident while the clean graphic system uses lines, intersections and spacious compositions to communicate clarity, order and strategic thinking. The palette and layout breathe minimalism, allowing the content to lead while reinforcing a timeless and sophisticated presence.
It's about seeing the world, and focusing on what really matters.
Throughout the entire development of the project, Apolônio wanted to show how much working with strategy is about having a watchful eye; about being able to critically visualize the big picture, but understanding exactly where to focus. That's why, with a completely minimalist tone, the brand has a neon color: it highlights, when necessary, what needs to be highlighted.
