Julia was running her full ecosystem on Podia and wanted everything moved into one clean, scalable Kajabi setup — website, landing pages, 15+ courses, community, and over 10,000 students. It was a large, detail-heavy project that required careful planning and a lot of late nights. I rebuilt her entire site on Kajabi, recreated and modernized every key page, migrated all courses, set up her new Kajabi Community, and ensured all 10K students transferred over smoothly. Mark Crossfield Golf — Full Migration from WordPress to Kajabi (40+ Pages • 7 Courses • Community • 23K Students) This was a major Kajabi migration project for Mark Crossfield, a top golf creator with over a million followers. His team wasn't able to launch the original site build on Wordpress built by a previous developer, so they brought me on board to redo the entire build on Kajabi. I stepped in to redesign and rebuild the entire project from scratch. I started with custom Figma designs for the website, landing pages, course layouts, and community. I partnered with Triggered Academy to redesign and rebuild their Kajabi platform from the ground up. The project began with fresh Figma designs, informed by the client’s brand, content, and a clear visual direction inspired by sites they loved. From there, I designed and built a custom Kajabi website theme, combining native Kajabi components with custom code where needed to achieve the desired experience. The work included: • A full Kajabi website redesign • 20+ custom landing pages • A cohesive course and product template system • A complete Kajabi Community with a custom member welcome experience The platform was built with a focus on clarity, conversion, and a smooth journey from first visit to active member, while remaining flexible and scalable for future growth.
