Gamifying client reports with AI ✨ As a social media marketer, I spend hours every month translating data into "pretty" reports, only for them to get buried in a client’s inbox. And if the client doesn't see the data, they don't see the value I'm bringing to the table. So I decided to use Morphic to turn dry Instagram analytics into a "Spotify Wrapped" style arcade experience. By gamifying the reporting process, I’m not just saving time - I’m increasing client engagement and proving ROI in a way they actually enjoy watching. The workflow: 🕹️ Step 1: you upload raw Instagram screenshots and Morphic extracts the data into a table, ready for human revision 🕹️ Step 2: after you give it the green light on the data, it'll run a custom equation I built to calculate the MVP (Most Valuable Post), based on weighing high-value actions like shares (10x) and saves (7x) over vanity metrics like likes 🕹️ Step 3: to get the best video results, Morphic starts by generating images of each slide, both with the given data, and some "zero-ed out" copies - this allows the AI to animate the data much more accurately 🕹️ Step 4: after you approve the images, it'll put it together into 5 separate animations, as you can see in the example below ...et voilá! This has always been the hill I'll die on: social media is meant to be fun - nobody opens Instagram hoping to see a boring, static product shot. We’re constantly drowning in a "sea of sameness." Brands have these beautiful, clean studio photos for their websites - which is exactly where they belong - but when they drop those same "perfect" photos onto social, it’s a waste of time. It’s boring, it’s ignored, and it offers zero ROI. That’s why I built the Product Gamifier. The idea is simple: take those existing studio assets you already have and turn them into 18 high-energy pieces of content (9 graphics and 9 short video clips) in one click. I designed this for two types of people: the brand owner who has big dreams but a small budget, and the freelancer who wants to serve smaller clients without burning out. I burned through 11,000 credits perfecting these prompts to make sure they respect the base product while adding that fun video game vibe. At Hollywood Channel — the leading movie and entertainment TV channel in Portugal, produced through a Portuguese–Spanish media joint venture — I coordinated content production and shaped the narrative direction for several prime-time shows. One of the formats I developed and hosted connected directly with the American majors, highlighting new releases, exclusive premieres, and industry trends. I created the scripts, structured the storytelling, defined the brand tone, and oversaw the full production process to ensure consistency, impact, and high audience engagement. This role allowed me to merge brand narrative creation with entertainment strategy, delivering content that consistently led national ratings while strengthening the channel’s identity and viewer loyalty.

My UGC partnership with Harry’s was a really exciting one, especially since it was only my second collab and the biggest brand I’d worked with so far. The goal was to create clean, lifestyle-focused videos showcasing their Black Lip Balm and how it fits naturally into my routine. I filmed close-up application shots, unboxed the product on camera, and delivered polished edits in both 9:16 and 1:1 formats. Even with a more detailed brief, the process was smooth and surprisingly fun. In the end, I delivered eight high-quality videos that felt authentic and aligned perfectly with Harry’s fresh, simple aesthetic.

My UGC project with Relive Health focused on creating a natural, lifestyle-style wellness video built around my own habits for better energy and sleep. The goal was to share something real from my daily routine and pair it with clean, calming b-roll that felt authentic and grounded. My biggest challenge was filming while traveling. I had to find quiet locations with good lighting and no crowds so the content stayed private and aligned with the brief. Once I found the right spots, everything flowed smoothly. In the end, I delivered a polished wellness video that felt honest, simple, and true to my routine.

My UGC partnership with KaramMD was a big milestone since it was my first brand collab back in July. KaramMD was created by Dr. Karam, a double board-certified facial plastic surgeon, and his Trifecta system simplifies anti-aging into a quick, effective 3-step routine. My goal was to create clean, lifestyle content showing how the Trifecta fits easily into a daily routine and why it genuinely worked for me. I filmed an action-style video with VO, product shots, and progress photos. My main challenge was just being new to UGC and not knowing what to expect, but the brand kept communication open, which made the entire process smooth. In the end, everything came together beautifully and turned into a great first UGC experience.

I recently partnered with Octave, a modern mental health platform that makes starting therapy simple, affordable, and way less intimidating. My goal was to create two short, relatable videos showing how easy it is to check insurance, get matched, and book sessions that fit real-life schedules. Filming was a bit of a puzzle since I was staying with extended family in Amman, Jordan. I planned a shoot day at a coffee shop and grabbed some outdoor lifestyle clips so I could keep the vibe calm and clean without disrupting anyone at home. In the end, everything came together smoothly, and Octave loved the final videos. It turned out to be one of my favorite projects because it pushed me to stay flexible while still delivering polished content.
