Creation and implementation of the Communication Department - definition of a corporate identity, internal communication, and development of social channels.
Objective
Construction of the Communication Department from scratch, including market analysis, definition of corporate identity, and structuring of online and offline communication strategies to increase D2Y's recognition in the technology market in Portugal and the digital world.
Solutions
Definition of D2Y's identity (SWOT, slogan, values, and vision);
Development of the Strategic Online Communication Plan (clear goals);
Creation of Visual and Written Content (Adobe Illustrator, Canva, Google Trends, SEMRush and Hubspot);
Planning and scheduling based on target audience and peak times.
Results
Instagram
Between 1/02/2024 and 27/01/2025, the reach of the target audience and the level of engagement significantly grew, achieved exclusively through organic content.
Facebook
On Facebook, although the overall results were lower than on Instagram, interactions with content showed a positive performance.
