e-Residence - Structured UGC & Reels for Trust, Reach, and Retargeting

UGC and content system for a relocation service: pinned posts, educational reels, and memes — designed to build trust and prep audiences for retargeting.
Client: e-Residence helps people relocate, register businesses, get tax IDs, buy property, and handle official paperwork. They’ve been in the relocation market for years — but came to us with a new goal: build a strong Instagram presence to support upcoming paid campaigns.
Task:
Fill their feed with useful, trustworthy, human content,
So that when people click from Instagram Stories or Reels ads, they land on a real, active, warm profile,
Even if they don’t need the service now — they stick around, follow, and convert later.
Goal:
Build a content system that earns trust at first glance, engages profile visitors from paid ads, and nurtures them toward conversion through consistent, relatable storytelling.

Our work approach:

1. Content Strategy for the Funnel

Created a content base for profile visitors: pinned posts, service explainers, trust-building visuals.
Produced educational reels about moving, legal documents, taxes, and property.
Launched broad-reach reels (memes, POVs, fast hooks) to maximize exposure and build retargeting audiences.

2. UGC-Led Visuals

Sourced creators, coordinated filming, and handled editing in-house.
Mixed face-to-camera explainer content with narrative and reactive formats.
Integrated KeResidence as a real, camera-facing brand, not a faceless service.

3. Volume + Consistency

Delivered a steady stream of content to keep the profile active during ad campaigns.
Used reels-memes and remixable trends to hit 1–3K views per post consistently.
Balanced useful posts with low-barrier, wide-reach formats to fill the funnel top.

Results:

Consistent 1–3K views per reel, even for a niche relocation topic.
Profile visit → trust → follow loop working as planned: visitors stayed, explored services, and followed.
Pinned service content built instant credibility for cold ad traffic.
Broad-reach meme reels helped grow a warm audience for future retargeting.
Brand began to feel active, human, and locally present, not abstract or inaccessible.
