My problem area: Finding clothing inspiration is very easy but the way it falls on you largely depends on proportions and other little factors. 80% would help the user through the aftermath of finding the right outfit and re-imagining what would make it better. Despite strong early traction, retention was slipping — users were dropping off before experiencing the product's core value. Glaise ran quantitative research to diagnose the problem, surfacing three clear gaps: missing onboarding, no gamification loop, and zero push notifications. We redesigned the full experience in two weeks, adding structured onboarding, engagement mechanics, and re-engagement triggers. The result: a product that finally gives users a reason to come back.
