Neutreeno needed a scalable, user-friendly way to present complex carbon emissions data while attracting investors. They required an intuitive UX/UI, a cohesive design system for future growth, and an engaging fundraiser landing page. Due to NDA restrictions, we can’t showcase the product design, but we can share the landing page, which played a key role in fundraising. To solve these challenges, we crafted a seamless UX/UI that simplified data visualization and interactions. We built a scalable design system for consistency and efficiency, while the fundraiser landing page effectively communicated Neutreeno’s mission and engaged investors.

Harnois Proxi operates hundreds of convenience locations across North America, with car wash services as their highest-revenue offering. Despite strong foot traffic, the app struggled to convert users into car wash customers. I redesigned the full mobile experience, from onboarding to purchase flow, surfacing car wash as the primary value proposition and reducing friction at every step. The result: a cleaner, faster app experience built to turn casual users into repeat buyers.

AskSplat is an AI-powered terminal assistant built around a memecoin community. Despite strong early traction, retention was slipping — users were dropping off before experiencing the product's core value. Glaise ran quantitative research to diagnose the problem, surfacing three clear gaps: missing onboarding, no gamification loop, and zero push notifications. We redesigned the full experience in two weeks, adding structured onboarding, engagement mechanics, and re-engagement triggers. The result: a product that finally gives users a reason to come back.
