Then I sorted comments by depth of conversation and likes. The insights? – Menus feel like hieroglyphs – $7 coffee stings – Rituals are broken but deeply emotional From that, I created Grounded. Eco-friendly kits. Custom blends. Health-driven rituals. This is the point: Don’t start with a moodboard. Start with signals. Signals → Design → Product.
