A new brand identity and unified digital presence for On The Spot Development We brought three separate corporate sites together into one scalable Webflow platform with a refreshed brand identity and 25+ custom visuals. The main challenge? Finding the right balance between two audiences: business clients and developers. The tone had to feel professional, yet friendly. The new brand concept kept the brand’s signature pink but gave it a more subtle, confident role. We introduced a new logo and split the visual style into light (for business) and dark (for the developer community) modes. The Webflow site included 14 pages with CMS, animations, and plenty of integrations and playful interactions, making it dynamic and fun to explore. Introducing Freelancer Quest 👾 Most freelancers are Level 99 at their craft but feel stuck at Level 1 when pitching themselves. So for this Figma Makeathon, I wanted to build something to help with that - but I didn't want it to feel like every other productivity tool - I wanted it to feel like a game. Core Features: ⭐ Keyboard-first UX: navigate using only your keyboard - it's faster and more accessible for one-handed use ⭐ Meet Pixel: I hand-drew an NPC in Procreate to add a personal touch; I’m a sucker for pixel art! ⭐ Full retro vibes: from the palette to the 8-bit sound fx, everything is designed to make applying for a job feel like the ultimate side quest Vision: While this version focuses on design and interaction, I plan to integrate OpenAI later to make it as helpful as can be! https://sharp-salad-33899406.figma.site

hear me out: a Tinder...but for freelance jobs 🤔 idk about you but every morning i find myself sorting through a bajillion jobs in different platforms, looking for any red or green flags that make me want to apply or give up on freelancing all together. is it just me? so i came up with the idea for FILTER, your morning companion to swipe left and right on job cards with the key info you need to know about them, all while you sip your morning coffee ☕️ then, once you're fully awake and ready for the day, you open your laptop and there you have it: an email with the list of all your picks, so you can apply and move on with the rest of your work day! check it out for yourself (or see the walkthrough in the video below!) https://app.flowstep.ai/file?activeFileId=4ce93422-2008-4b60-9703-30561f1c02eb

oof! finally able to share the final piece!! if you haven't been keeping up with my updates: ⭐ on day 1 I brainstormed alongside Gemini, merging my ideas with theirs and ending up with an outline of what I wanted to do for this challenge ⭐ day 2 I collected the raw footage I filmed and started putting together a folder with all my assets ⭐ day 3 I dove into Envato for the first time in years and found stock video, music and sfx, and used AI to alter both one of my own clips and a stock one ⭐ day 4 was for the final touches, where I recorded the voiceover and put all the other assets together into the video you can see below - my final submission! (I also attached a screenshot of what my final project folder looked like - organized by source of each asset) my biggest AI win was definitely the clip where I asked it to replace my water bottle with the coffee machine and it mimicked my rings and tattoos without me even asking my AI flop, where I decided to intervene because AI just didn't do it justice, was the voiceover - it just felt off and emotionless, and instead of trying to tweak it to perfection I decided to just pick up the mic and do it myself! I'm also gonna be sharing this final video on my Instagram @freelancingwithsilvia - feel free to follow me there for all the freelancing vibes 🤩

As a marketer and business owner, I know one thing: in 2026, if your business doesn't have both a website and at least one social platform, it feels a bit sus... 😒 That’s why for this challenge it took me less than a minute to choose my favorite local spot: Coffee Village, an eclectic, quirky coffee shop in Palmela that serves the most amazing cappuccinos and cheesecakes 🤤 But...despite their incredible charm and delicious treats, their online presence wasn't doing them justice - hence why I decided to give them the digital home they deserve ✨ 🟥 BEFORE BASE44 They had no website whatsoever, and their custom cake orders were completely scattered across a landline phone, Facebook messages, and Instagram DMs. Managing this during holiday rushes like Christmas and Easter must've been CRAZY 😵💫 🟩 AFTER BASE44 I built a fully responsive, bilingual (PT/EN) website that both reflects their unique decor - including their signature wall stripes and dark wood tables - and speaks directly to the audience they're trying to attract! You can see it for yourself 👉 https://coffeevillage.base44.app As for that cake order situation...that's where the automation came in! I built a streamlined cake order system, so customers can submit their orders in one centralized place. The backend workflow automatically: 👉 Triggers an instant email confirmation to the customer. 👉 Sends a structured email summary directly to the owner. I'm handing the site over to the owner tomorrow and can't wait to see their reaction!!! Next up on my to-do list? Bringing my professional camera to the shop to shoot even better photos and videos for them, both of the space and the food & drinks! Here's to helping local businesses glow! 🥂

VMGNT — Talent Management is a UK talent agency representing models who work with names like Elle, Longchamp and Chloé, and until this project they had no real digital home. Everything lived on Instagram. They wanted a site that could carry that level of talent without competing with it, which is a harder brief than it sounds, because the work is photography and video and the design has to get out of its way. I went with a stark black and white palette and pushed the interface to the edges so imagery fills the screen, with the logo held quietly in the corner. The talent grid lets visitors browse by city and category, and each model gets a full profile with lookbooks, editorial work and social reach. Adding model lookbooks was the change that shifted the site from a directory into something people actually stay on. I designed it responsive from the start, since most people find talent on a phone, and ran contrast research through the colour work so the type stays legible against full bleed photography for anyone with a visual impairment.

Dunmor is a real estate lending platform serving investors who need financing fast. They came to us for a website design that could carry the brand and convert at the same time. The core problem was product complexity. Dunmor offers four lending products, fix and flip, bridge, construction, and rentals, and each one speaks to a different borrower with different questions. The old site treated them as a flat list. We rebuilt the site around modules so every product gets its own entry point, its own numbers, loan size, leverage, interest rate, and its own path to a quote. We ran interviews, competitor analysis, and research first, then used a moodboard to lock the visual direction with the client early. That saved rounds later. From there it was wireframing, prototyping, and visual design on top of a defined design system. The direction leans dark, electric blue and lime against deep navy. It reads like a fintech product rather than a mortgage broker, which was the point. Real photography keeps it grounded so the tech feel never gets cold. Mobile mattered more than usual. Dunmor's clients are contractors and investors checking loan terms between site visits, so every page works as a vertical scroll with full loan detail available, no desktop login needed. We delivered the website design, the responsive mobile experience, a reusable module library, and a design system the client's team can build on. #WebsiteDesign #UIUXDesign #ResponsiveWebDesign #Fintech #RealEstateTech

Snacks.com (http://Snacks.com) is PepsiCo's direct-to-consumer store, and I came onto it when the launch date was already close. The client needed new flows and layout changes that had to slot straight into their existing design without looking bolted on, so most of the job was moving fast while staying invisible. The centrepiece was the Make Your Own Variety Pack builder, where someone picks 24 or 30 individual bags from the full Frito-Lay range and watches the pack fill up as they go. Getting that to feel simple on a phone screen took the most work. I started with task flows and mindmaps in FigJam so everyone could see the logic before anything got drawn, then moved through low fidelity wireframes with the client in the room at each step. That collaboration is why the high fidelity screens needed so few revisions later. The final UI covers the browse and filter experience, the pack builder, cart, checkout, payment and order confirmation, all built on the existing Snacks.com (http://Snacks.com) colour and component language so it shipped as one continuous product rather than a bolt-on.

RGM Analytics is an internal platform I designed for a global consumer goods company to help their product and sales teams keep track of how brands are performing across markets. They had an enormous amount of commercial data — pricing, growth, distribution, assortment, promotions — and no single place to look at it. The real problem wasn't access to the numbers. It was that reading them took an analyst. I wanted a tool the sales team could open on a Monday morning and actually understand. I worked on this from the early requirements and research stage through wireframes, the design system, and the final high-fidelity screens. A lot of the work went into the charts. Scatter plots, waterfalls, stacked bars, heatmaps and price ladders all had to hold up when you're comparing dozens of SKUs across several markets at once, so I built them as a proper pattern library rather than styling each one as it came up. The colour tokens and components were tested for contrast so nothing gets lost in a dense table. Price laddering, pack architecture, market growth and assortment analysis each answer a different question, but they all look and behave like the same product.

I partnered with Lightfoot to design four PPC landing pages supporting international campaigns, with a focus on the Singapore market. The goal was to translate Lightfoot’s bespoke travel approach into high-end, conversion-focused digital experiences that inspire while driving qualified enquiries. The challenge was to design landing pages that: · Position Lightfoot as a high-end specialist, not a mass operator · Communicate deep destination expertise with simplicity · Balance inspiration with strong, clear conversion pathsAll within the fast, competitive context of PPC. Here you can see the result for their Brand Page. A PPC Landing Page that overviews their overall offers and feeling for the brand, and communication tone.

CIDEEFF and IDEFF hosted a seminar with Prof. Dr. Fadi Shaheen on the topic “Is the UTPR a 100 Percent Tax on a Deemed Distribution?” The event took place on October 24 at the Faculty of Law, University of Lisbon, gathering academics, practitioners, and students for a timely discussion on international tax. The topic, complex, technical, and highly specific, demanded a strategy that could make the seminar appealing and understandable to both a specialised and broader audience. The goal was to elevate visibility while maintaining academic credibility. The result was the event’s full visual identity and digital communication strategy, shaping its branding, creating a bold yet academic design system, and managing social media content and promotion.

On April 8th, the Provedoria de Justiça marked the 50th anniversary of the 25th of April with the launch of a commemorative book celebrating Portugal’s return to democracy. The event brought together prominent voices to reflect on five decades of legal and social transformation. I developed the full visual identity for the event and publication, combining design, strategy, and research to guide tone and message. From graphic design and printed materials to social media and film production, we captured the spirit of April —transforming it into a visual and emotional narrative shared both in the room and beyond.

The Portuguese Socialist Party launched the 2024 edition of Academia Socialista, a program designed to train and connect the next generation of progressive leaders. It called for a strong visual identity that could match the ambition and energy of its mission. The task was to create a bold and modern brand that could resonate with politically engaged youth while staying grounded in the party’s values. The identity needed to be adaptable across platforms. Digital, print, and video, without losing coherence or impact. The result was a dynamic visual system built on strong typography, a sophisticated color palette, and clean, modern layouts, with branding, digital strategy, filmmaking, social media content, and graphic design.
