Users would land on the homepage confused, unsure what is the next step after installing. Current homepage had too many buttons and distractions that would make users feel overwhelmed and want to give up. Solution: I built a standardized homepage pattern for first time users (Getting Started pages) with clear CTAs, links to documentation and examples they use to quickly start using the app. I also designed a library of plug and play automation templates. After 12 months, we measured a 21% increase in active users.
