Problem: JMWE was experiencing a large user drop off from Sign up moment to Habit. Users could see the value of the app, but they felt it was not very intuitive for non technical users.
Solution: I redesigned the way users setup automations, allowing them to use an intuitive visual workflow builder. After 12 months, we measured a 32% increase in user adoption.
