Projects using KeyShot in LagosProjects using KeyShot in LagosModern Fabric Shaver & Lint Remover — Industrial Product Design
A modern handheld fabric shaver designed to combine clean aesthetics, comfortable ergonomics, and practical everyday functionality.
The project began with a product concept sketch and was developed into a refined consumer product with a distinctive cylindrical body, ergonomic angled grip, textured hand-contact area, intuitive power control, and interchangeable fabric-care heads.
The design focuses on creating a premium yet approachable product experience while considering usability, component integration, manufacturability, and consistent visual language across the main device and accessories.
This project demonstrates my approach to transforming an initial product idea into a polished, manufacturing-ready consumer product design. Luxury Cosmetic Bottle Product Design & 3D Visualization
Designing a premium cosmetic bottle from concept to presentation-ready 3D visualization.
This project explores a refined cosmetic packaging system built around a clear outer shell, frosted inner bottle, and anodized gold dispensing assembly.
I developed the product concept, refined the form through sketch exploration, built the 3D CAD assembly, defined the component structure and material direction, and produced detailed product visualizations.
The design focuses on clean proportions, premium material contrast, manufacturable component relationships, and a strong shelf presence while keeping the overall form minimal and sophisticated.
My Role
Product Designer, Concept Development, CAD, CMF & 3D Visualization
Process
01 — Concept Development
Explored proportions, silhouette, dispensing mechanism, and overall visual language through product sketches.
02 — 3D CAD Development
Translated the selected direction into a structured CAD assembly with defined components and dimensional relationships.
03 — Assembly & Engineering Detail
Developed the outer shell, inner bottle, collar, pump, and cap as a cohesive product system.
04 — CMF Development
Established a premium material palette combining clear glass/PET, frosted beige glass, and anodized gold.
05 — Product Visualization
Created realistic product renders and an exploded assembly view to communicate both the finished product and its construction.
Tools
Siemens NX · KeyShot · Product Sketching · CAD · CMF Development · 3D Visualization
From a rough product sketch to a refined cosmetic packaging system.
I developed this concept through form exploration, CAD assembly, component detailing, CMF development, and photorealistic visualization.
The goal was to create a premium bottle that feels sophisticated without becoming overly decorative, using clear outer geometry, a soft frosted inner vessel, and warm anodized metal details to create a balanced luxury aesthetic.
A good example of how I approach product design: concept → structure → materials → visualization. Smart Pill Dispenser Design | Medical Device CAD & Product Development
Designed a smart pill dispenser from concept through manufacturing-ready product development, combining industrial design, mechanical engineering, and consumer electronics into a compact, user-friendly medical device. The objective was to create a reliable dispensing system that improves medication adherence while maintaining an intuitive user experience and a clean, modern aesthetic.
The project covered the complete hardware development process, including product concept exploration, ergonomic enclosure design, internal mechanical architecture, pill carousel and dispensing mechanism, electronic component integration, exploded assemblies, engineering documentation, and production-ready CAD models. Every component was developed with Design for Manufacturing (DFM) principles to simplify assembly, optimize part count, and support efficient manufacturing and future prototyping.
The result is a functional, manufacturing-focused product concept that demonstrates expertise in medical device development, precision mechanical design, CAD engineering, and product visualization. Precision Wall Clock Gear Assembly | Mechanical CAD Design & DFM
Designed and engineered a precision wall clock gear assembly featuring a complex multi-stage gear train, robust support frame, and manufacturing-ready mechanical components. The project focused on achieving accurate gear meshing, smooth rotational motion, reliable shaft support, and efficient assembly while maintaining a clean, visually appealing mechanical design.
The complete development process included detailed 3D CAD modeling, full assembly creation, gear train optimization, section views, engineering drawings, BOM generation, and realistic product visualization. Every component was developed with Design for Manufacturing (DFM) principles to ensure manufacturability, ease of assembly, dimensional accuracy, and long-term mechanical performance.
This project demonstrates expertise in precision mechanical design, CAD assembly management, tolerance considerations, production documentation, and engineering visualization for manufacturing-ready products.
