My work includes workbooks, planners, guided journals, educational resources and other content-rich products designed for a specific audience and purpose. I approach these projects as product development — not simply page design. The process can begin with an early idea, existing manuscript or product concept. From there, I research the audience and competitive landscape, organize the content structure, develop the user journey and create a cohesive finished product. My process can include: • Product concept and positioning • Audience and competitor research • Content architecture and page planning • Workbook exercises and guided prompts • Planners, trackers, checklists and worksheets • Interior layout and visual design • Cover concept and design direction • Print-ready PDF preparation • KDP trim size, margins and bleed requirements • Product mockups and listing visuals • Amazon title, subtitle and description development • Final publishing preparation I pay particular attention to usability and content depth. A workbook should guide the reader through a meaningful process; a planner should be intuitive to use; and an educational product should feel intentionally structured rather than like a collection of generic AI-generated pages. IDEA → RESEARCH → STRUCTURE → CONTENT → DESIGN → KDP FILES → LISTING → LAUNCH This approach can also be applied beyond Amazon to digital products sold through Etsy, creator platforms and independent online stores.
