I worked as a Full-Time Virtual Assistant at Baayo EdTech Pvt. Ltd., an online education and tutoring company, where I handled both Data Entry and Web Scraping tasks with a strong focus on accuracy and data quality.
My responsibilities included:
• Entering educational questions from PDF format into the company’s internal website platform
• Manual data entry and copy-paste work with strict accuracy standards
• Scraping questions from competitor educational platforms for research and content expansion
• Extracting student contact details from multiple online platforms
• Cleaning, organizing, and validating scraped data before final submission
• Uploading and managing large volumes of question data on the company’s proprietary website
• Ensuring error-free, well-formatted, and structured content
This role helped me develop strong expertise in high-accuracy data entry, educational content handling, and ethical web data extraction. I worked closely with internal teams to meet daily targets while maintaining quality and consistency.
As a result, I gained hands-on experience in handling large datasets, competitive research scraping, and platform-based content management, which I now offer professionally to Fiverr clients.
