Instead of ranking candidates in a list, recruiters see talent spatially. Candidates orbit around required skills. Shortlisting becomes intentional, not mechanical. And AI explains every decision transparently. This project explores how interaction design can reshape high-impact workflows like hiring. Built entirely using Figma Make.
