Not every AI product needs a chatbot. 🤖
As AI becomes part of more digital products, I’m seeing one pattern everywhere: turning every feature into a chat interface.
But users don’t always want to have a conversation.
Sometimes they simply want:
→ A clear recommendation → A faster decision → A one-click action → Relevant information at the right moment
For me, good AI UX isn’t about making users talk to AI more.
It’s about reducing the amount of work they need to do.
AI should simplify the experience — not become another step in it.
What do you think: are we overusing chat interfaces in AI products?
