Built around wry delivery and simple, singular moments, the spots are slice-of-life narratives that capture the ease Mobicred brings to everyday wants and whims. Hilarious, relatable and just a little tongue-in-cheek, each film finds comedy in the quirks of individual desire. At their heart, these are simply crafted human moments — small, familiar and delightfully specific — that celebrate the things we want, and how easy it can be to get them.

Pulling a single off their previous album buffering juju, released in 2020, dumama + kechou revisit “mother time” with the help of director Ayanda Duma for a mystical tour in the Namibian desert. The film is a splendid meditation on the inescapable nature of time, in a world not quite like our own, that helps us imagine and reflect on the vast seas of sand and the slowly falling grains that pass through the hourglass present.

Standard Bank — Real Achievas of SA Brief Create a campaign that celebrates the real people behind South Africa’s achievements, using their stories to build a more human and relatable connection with Standard Bank and its Achieva offering. Creative Approach The campaign puts people rather than banking at the centre of the story. Through intimate, conversational interviews, Real Achievas of SA explores the experiences, ambition and personal journeys behind achievement, allowing the brand to engage with its audience through genuine human stories rather than traditional financial messaging. Execution A documentary-inspired interview format combining intimate portraiture, conversational storytelling and cinematic production to create a campaign that feels personal, contemporary and authentic. The financial-services brand is present as an enabler within a broader story about ambition, progress and what it means to achieve. My Role Director & Creative Director — responsible for shaping the creative vision and translating the campaign concept into the final visual execution, including the interview-driven storytelling, visual language, tone and overall direction.
